Product description
27SiMn alloy steel pipe, with a working pressure of not less than 40 MPa and a test pressure of not less than 80 MPa.
The base steel pipe is made of 27SiMn, with dimensions and tolerances complying with the requirements of GB/T 8163 and GB/T 17395; the wall-thickness tolerance is Grade S2. The steel pipe material shall also comply with the requirements of GB/T 17396.
The inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe shall be blast-cleaned to remove rust (to Sa2.5 grade). The outer wall shall be coated with epoxy powder coating having a thickness of not less than 350 μm, while the inner wall shall be lined with 304 stainless steel having a thickness of not less than 0.5 mm. Both ends shall be sealed by butt welding, in accordance with the requirements of CJ/T 192.
To facilitate underground transportation and installation, the steel pipes are standardized at 5 meters in length. In addition, several shorter pipe sections are provided to allow for flexible adjustments to the installation layout based on site topography.
Grooves are machined at both ends of the steel pipe, and groove-type pipe connectors are used for secure, leak-proof connections.
