Seamless or welded steel pipes serve as the base, with their inner and outer surfaces coated via a fusion-bonded process using epoxy (EP), polyethylene (PE), or stainless-steel-lined coatings, thereby forming an integrated steel–plastic composite pipe.

Structure: Steel tubing provides strength and pressure resistance; the coating delivers corrosion protection, drag reduction, and electrical insulation.
Performance: resistant to acids, alkalis, and salts; highly resistant to soil and seawater corrosion; smooth inner wall with low flow resistance and no scaling; temperature resistance from –40°C to 120°C; service life of 30–50 years.
